The IBG offers unique access to a national and international network of progressive organisations through which members can gain commercial advantage, and directly influence the market for intelligent buildings. The potential benefits are great. Following changes made at the beginning of 2006 Associate Membership costs a modest ￡100 per year. The Intelligent Building Group is a non-exclusive members club, and as such has an annual subscription rates for different types of organisations. These are outlined as follows: Associate Membership - This is appropriate for both companies and individuals at an annual fee of ￡100, for both UK and International members. Annual membership commences on the 1st January and is the same price whenever joining takes place and is renewable each year.
Academic Institutions - This class of membership carries with it additional benefits for the academic institutions, over and above Associate Membership
